Tax plans will create NO growth.

The Democrats have circulated a tax plan that would cover the next year to see if they can get enough votes to get it passed. They are basically keeping the current tax rates (I refuse to call them tax cuts, since they have been the rates for 10 years) for everyone below 200,000 or 250,000 for families.

Republicans are no better, as they only want to extend the current rates for everyone for another year. Then the promise with a pledge they will absolutely do something in 2013. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Yeah because anything any of these professional liars politicians says is completely honest and should be trusted. Have these people learned nothing? One year tax gimmicks do not work, actually they work against everything we are trying to do. Each time one of these one year tax rate gimmicks is thrown out there it introduces that much more uncertainty to the market. That prevents people from wanting to expand their business, and you know create jobs, because they don't know what the tax burden will be after this gimmick expires.

So personally while it might hurt letting all of the tax rates would be better in the long run than continuing with this one and two year crap. Of course not changing the tax rates from what they have been for the last 10 years and making those permanent would do even better.

Don't misunderstand me, I do not want to see the tax rates expire. However I believe that if we just let everyone know what they will be paying in taxes and not changing it every year it would create growth since people could you know, budget for that.

I realize that budgets are a foreign concept to Congress but maybe just maybe if can get enough people elected and enough professional liars politicians removed from office, maybe we can get something done.
